Welcome to the Dragon Sanctuary ("DS"), an NFT-based video game and entertainment platform. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including any content, features, and services offered through our platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
1. User Accounts:

3. NFTs and Virtual Items:
Our platform may offer NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and virtual items for sale or trade. The ownership of these NFTs and virtual items is recorded on a blockchain, and belong to the holder of the NFT.
By purchasing or acquiring NFTs or virtual items through our platform, you agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions specific to those transactions.
DS reserves the right to modify, remove, or add new NFTs and virtual items to our platform at any time without prior notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct:
You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Using our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of our platform or servers.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our platform or user accounts.
Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our platform or interfere with other users' enjoyment of our platform.
5. Termination:
DS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our platform.

DS does not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
